Costumer Service.

Jeg ved det lyder banalt, men når man handler i butikker, og ikke online, er service og venlighed for mig altafgørende. Jeg besøger ikke butikken, hvis der haltes på det punkt – det er så vigtigt for den gode købsoplevelse af de produkter man ønsker.

I sidste uge besøgte jeg Levis på Ryesgade i Aarhus. Egentlig kom jeg for at se, hvad de havde af cowboyjakker og skjorter, men endte med at de adskillige andre ting også – af den simple årsag at servicen var god, og ekspedienterne virkelig vidste noget om de produkter de stod og solgte.

Jeg købte ikke noget ved dette besøg, men der er nogle items jeg har et utrolig godt øje til, og som jeg prøvede (vises i et senere indlæg), da indlægget her, henvender sig mere til historien om selve butikken og det engageret personale.

Jeg siger tak for den gode oplevelse, og ikke mindst kundeservice, der til stadighed bliver mere og mere sjælden herhjemme (efter min overbevisning). Jeg vil helt sikkert besøge butikken igen!

I know this may be a commonplace, however I think it’s very important to get good costumer service when you shop. Especially when it comes to physical stores.

Typically, I will not visit the current shop again if the costumer service and/or accommodations aren’t sufficient.

Last week, I visited the Levis shop at Ryesgade in Aarhus, Denmark. Actually, I went because I wanted to see their selection of denim jackets and shirts, now the spring is coming, however the result was that I tried on a lot of different clothes! – for the simple reason that the costumer service was very good, and the personnel was unusual dedicated.

I didn’t buy anything this time, however I have a lot of items in mind for next month (I will show you in a post later this week).

I would really like to say thank you for the great experience and last but not least costumer service (which I think still gets more uncommon here in Denmark). I will definitely visit Levis again!

Kollektionen udkommer 17.2.2012, og det bliver rigtig spændende! Ville virkelig gerne eje skjorten uden ærmer (der iøvrigt kommer til at koste omkring 7-800 DKK)!


The collection is in the stores the 17th of February, and I'm very excited! I would love to own the sleeveless shirt (which will be around 95 €)!
